Before I started the challenge this year, I endured several difficult personal losses fairly close together that took a significant toll on my mental health and struggled with everyday life. As part of the challenge, I committed myself to spending at least 15 minutes each day on various activities, such as walking, weight training, and pursuing my passions, like basketball. These small, consistent steps added up to significant positive changes in my overall well-being. Not only did I regain a sense of purpose and motivation, but I also developed a profound sense of mental resilience. Moreover, being part of a team provided an invaluable support system. Engaging with like-minded individuals, sharing experiences, and receiving encouragement made the journey all the more enriching. I know it is still early days since the challenge ended, I'm pleased to say I’m in a much happier and healthier place mentally and would encourage everyone to participate to help you general wellbeing.

It gave me positive energy every day to participate and work in a group, watch the leaderboard, my team's exercise and take fitness to the next level. When I joined the 15-minute challenge, my game plan was to exercise for 15 minutes first thing in the morning, just to get it out of the way. I noticed my energy level has improved and my focus, too. I've now made it a habit to do 15 minutes (sometimes more) of exercise before work and do more after work when time permits.
