Tetra Pak has introduced the 15-Minute Challenge in North Europe just before the start of the summer holiday, when employees usually start to switch off and concentrate on preparation for their leave. Partly due to the timing of the challenge, we have experienced high level of participation from across several countries from all the different functions. During the challenge our colleagues demonstrated teamwork, engagement, passion and commitment. 79% of the participants completed the 6-week programme, 82% saw an increase in overall health and, fascinatingly, 96% would recommend and participate again in similar programmes in the future. Based on internal employee feedback and the positive changes the challenge made in the overall health and wellbeing of our colleagues, I would highly recommend the programme for any organisation who are passionate about the wellbeing of their employees.
