The 15 Minute Challenge Team were great to work with from the initial meeting for an introduction to the challenge right through to the completion of the challenge and beyond. Due to that great support received, this made the whole implementation and roll out of the challenge extremely easy and worry free for us. Taking part in the 15 Minute Challenge connected our team and motivated us in unexpected ways. Not only did we all get moving each day, we got creative with our workouts, cheered each other on daily and found ourselves communicating more frequently that we usually do. The entire experience was very positive and the results were that we experienced better mental and physical healthy over the period of the challenge. I look forward to doing it again next year.

I have always been active and enjoyed an active lifestyle but with remote working and the cold weather had me unmotivated to move my body some days. But this challenge has reminded me how important it is to move your body everyday not only for physical benefits but it did uplift my overall mood.

The whole concept of the 15 minute challenge really resonated with me in a positive way. I struggle with motivation and even though 15 minutes out of every day seems simple enough I still struggle with it in day to day life. Being part of a team competition really helped me to commit. Not only did I not want to let my team down, but I also had a lot of fun finding new ways to excite and inspire them. Some days were harder than others, but I’m happy to say I completed all 42 of 42 days. Since the competition I’m now hitting the gym 3 times a week (most weeks) and I’m feeling great! Highly recommend this program to anyone and any business!
