Working with the 15 minute challenge crew was a delight and a genuine partnership. They provided guidance and support at critical intervals and were always looking for ways to innovate and improve the program. We will definitely repeat the program this year.

This challenge motivated me to up the ante & work out more frequently & for longer. I was working out approx. 5 times per week but decided with the challenge to make that a daily routine, and also added daily walks on top of the gym sessions. It’s important for me to keep active for both my physical health and mental wellness. I found after the 6 weeks that I had lost centimetres, added some muscle & overall felt stronger – as well as looking forward to the daily exercise! So much so, that I am continuing at this pace well after the challenge has ended.

Once again I loved the 15 Minute Challenge! My team didn’t win the over-all challenge, but we still won by meeting our goal of training 100% of the challenge days! Which is rewarding in itself. The reminders between your team mates are great motivation to just push that bit harder and make sure you take just 15 minutes out of your day to put your health first. The challenge has helped me build great healthy habits for my body and my mind.

November and December are busy times of year on the work front with the lead up to Christmas season. The 15 minute challenge surely motivated me to push myself that little bit harder before and after work and stay on top of my fitness. It’s also the best time of year down under for weather, so it encouraged me to get out and about more, even if it was just for a walk! The team aspect of the challenge was even better, bringing up some competitive spirit to log some more minutes in.
