We loved the approach of the challenge to use micro-habits of daily exercise to stimulate long-term habit formation and behavioural change. We found the challenge had a positive impact on not only the physical health of our employees but also their mental wellbeing.

I enjoyed the 15 minute exercise challenge and I surprised myself how I could find the opportunity to meet my goal to intentionally exercise daily for 6 weeks. It felt good to report my exercise for the team too. I would participate again for sure!
