Terms of Service
User Agreement
By visiting and/or using 15minchallenge.com website and its function and services (“Online Platform”) you agree to be bound by this user agreement and the terms of our Privacy Policy (“Agreement”).
This agreement is formed between anyone who visits the Online Platform (“you and “your”) and Vita H&W Solutions, trading as 15 Minute Challenge (an Australian Corporation) (“we” and “our”).
By using this Online Platform you agree to the terms of use. If you do not agree to the terms of service, you must not use the Online Platform.
We reserve the right to make changes to this agreement from time to time at our sole discretion. These may take effect immediately. You should check our terms of service agreement from time to time to inform yourself with the current version of this document.
Registration
In order to access the features on the Online Platform, you will need to register as a participant. You may not use another participant’s account.
You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password protected.
When registering and activating your account, you must provide personal information such as your name and a valid email address.
You agree to provide accurate information.
If you suspect that there has been unauthorised use of your account, you agree to instantly notify us.
Physical Condition
It is your responsibility not to participate in any exercise, which may adversely affect any medical condition.
You hereby represent to 15 Minute Exercise Challenge that to your best knowledge, you do not have any physical, medical or other disability or condition which may be affected or aggravated by, or which may result in any sickness, injury or death to you as a result of, your participation in 15 Minute Exercise Challenge.
If you have any health or medical concerns now or after you join as a participant, you must discuss them with your doctor before participating in the challenge.
All information provided by 15 Minute Exercise Challenge is of a general nature and must be used for guidance purposes only. The information provided must not be taken as medical and other health advice and you acknowledge that 15 Minute Exercise Challenge did not give you any medical advice before commencing the challenge and cannot give you medical advice during or after the challenge.
You acknowledge that the use of this information is at your own risk and will not hold 15 Minute Exercise Challenge to any and all losses, liabilities, injuries or damages resulting from any and all claims.
Access to the Online Platform
You agree to use the Online Platform only for the purposes that are permitted by this agreement and not prevented by applicable law and regulation.
You agree not to access any part of the Online Platform by any means other than through the provided interface.
You agree not to interfere with security-related features of the Online Platform. You agree not to use, copy or commercialise content present on the Online Platform only as permitted by this agreement and by law.
Social Feed Guidelines
The Social Feed is developed for your interaction and use thought the 6-week challenge. You can encourage, connect, inspire and update your team members or all participants on your progress.
There are a number of things to contemplate when posting or commenting on the Social Feed:
- Only post content that is relevant to the 15 Minute Exercise Challenge. We encourage you to express your views and ideas in a responsible and a mature way.
- Respect and encourage other participants, also exclude posting content that other participants may find offensive. This includes political views and racism
The following matters are unambiguously prohibited and any such activity will be a reason for termination of your participation in the 15 Minute Exercise Challenge:
- comments that are linked to harassment and bullying
- confidential and personal information/data of other participants
- links that may be considered as spam
- nudity, pornography or profanity
- deceptive conduct or misleading information
15 Minute Exercise Challenge has the right to delete all content that does not meet the criteria stated in this agreement, as well as additional action it or your employer may find necessary.
